Check in Instructions:  Check in at Moonlight Lodge, 66 Mountain Loop Road. Check in time is 4PM. The registration desk is open from 7am - 11pm daily during the winter months. Late arrivals to Moonlight Basin will be left a packet and instructions.
Policies
Payment and Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. A cancellation fee of 5% of the total reservation is collected if the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival (or for reservations between 12/23-12/31 a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival). Minimum penalty is $45. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the entire amount is non-refundable. No refunds for early departures. All reservations are subject to 10% taxes and 6% guest service fee.
