Check in Instructions:  Check in at Moonlight Lodge, 66 Mountain Loop Road. Check in time is 4PM. The registration desk is open from 7AM to 11PM hours daily during the winter months. Check in packets can be arranged for guests arriving after 11PM.
Policies
Payment and Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. A cancellation fee of 5% of the total reservation is collected if the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival (or for reservations between 12/23-12/31 a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival). Minimum penalty is $45. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the entire amount is non-refundable. No refunds for early departures. All reservations are subject to 10% taxes and 6% guest service fee.
