Free Cycle Days at Yellowstone National Park
Yellowstone National Park Ride in Yellowstone for free and before the Park is open to public automobiles or buses. It’s a perfect way to spend a day. From West Yellowstone you can ride to Madison Junction and then to the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone or Mammoth Hot Springs (the road between Madison and Old Faithful remains closed to all until April 16). Feet and Rollerblades are welcome, too.

5th Annual Headwaters Spring RunOff Competition
Moonlight Basin Resort NEW THIS YEAR: Moonlight Basin is excited to add a KICKOFF Celebration to this popular event! On Friday, April 2nd, competitors are invited to preview the terrain, and that evening competitors and their supporters are invited to join us for a fun evening of festivities. Sure to make for two energy-packed days! Registration starts March 1st: Pre-registration required* – available online, at Madison Village Administration office, and Ski Patrol Headquarters at top of Six Shooter lift.

Madison Village Base Area Fun for all ages! Meet the Moonlight Basin Ski Patrol and avalanche dogs and take part in our interactive demonstration. This is the final demo of the winter season!

Pond Skimming at Big Sky
Clocktowner at Big Sky Resort

Prepare to get wet and wild on this day! Watch competitors in costumes try to make their way across an icy cold pond at bottom of Ambush Run. $20 registration fee gets you signed up and a gift, space is limited for participants. Register at the Clocktower between 11-1pm Saturday, April 10 th. Event will begin at 4pm and music will follow in the plaza afterward
